A Typical Weekend
Friday
- 1pm Arrive at the accommodation (free transfer from GC airport at 12:30pm)
- Refreshments served and chance get to know each other
- 2pm Unpack and settle in
- 2:30pm Beach walk and activities - “sweat and stretch”, first dip in the ocean if you’re up for it!
- 3:30pm Shower, relax and unwind
- 4:30pm Weekend overview given with chance to book massages if desired
- 5pm Chef cooking demo and nutrition session
- 6pm Sound bowl healing and meditation
- 6:30pm Dinner
- 7:30pm Fire ritual
- 8:30pm Reading and bedtime
Saturday
- 6am Wake with sun
- 6:15am Tonic/tea/journaling (focus given)
- 6:45am Yoga flow and basic breath work to wake up
- 7am Beach workout
- 7:45am Swim/shower
- 8:30am Breakfast and tea
- 9: 30am Walk and mindfulness activity
- 10:30am Free time (can book massage/tennis lesson etc or just relax and use facilities/beach)
- 1pm Lunch
- 3pm Warehouse workout
- 4:30pm Ice baths and recovery
- 6:30pm Dinner
- 7:30pm Fire pit, games and marshmallows
Sunday
- 6am Wake with the sun
- 6:30am Depart for a waterfall walk and rainforest adventure!
- 9am Breakfast at scenic hinterland lookout point
- 10:30am Return to accomodation (free time to swim/stretch/surf/journal/pack)
- 1pm Courtesy transfer to GC airport
